We practice the ISAK (International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry) method. The test uses evidence-based skinfold and circumference measurements to determine body composition in more meaningful detail than can be shown simply with a scale. The ISAK standards require rigorous training and the method is used with Olympic athletes and professional sports teams.
Body Composition Testing includes:
- One session of body composition measurements (approximately 45 minutes)
- Professional results interpretation and user-friendly Body Composition Report (emailed within 24 hours of your test) including body fat/muscle percentages
