12-WEEK NUTRITION TRAINING + RACE WEEK FUEL PLAN
This comprehensive plan outlines weekly goals to develop, practice, and fine tune a specific endurance fueling strategy for a target race or competition, then applies those habits through race day with a custom Race Week Fuel Plan.
Sports Nutrition Training Program might be for you if you:
- Have had competitions “ruined” by nutrition issues in the past
- Want to try a new product, supplement, or fueling strategy
- Feel you can improve performance with better energy or hydration
- Want to maximize your metabolic efficiency, fat oxidation, or carbohydrate absorption during exercise
- Are training for a new event or stepping up to a longer distance/duration
- Need to test nutrition strategies for unique weather or terrain
- Are at least 12 weeks out from your event
Sports Nutrition Training Program includes:
- Assessment of Training Questionnaire to determine dietary preferences, training habits, nutrition needs, and competition goals and conditions
- 12-week outline of sports nutrition goal progression to arrive at race day with confidence
- Three 1-hour Nutrition Coaching Sessions (one per month) focused on developing a sports nutrition plan by training with specific fuel/hydration sources and products
- Weekly check-ins (your choice of phone call, Zoom, or email) to adjust plan and set specific nutrition testing goals for upcoming week’s training
- Plus, all benefits of the Race Week Plan, applying your practiced strategies to specific conditions, including detailed fuel and hydration for before/during/after the event
