- Assessment of Meal Plan Questionnaire (sent within 24 hours of purchase) to determine dietary preferences, food preparation habits, schedule challenges, target budget, activity level, and nutrient needs
- One week (7 days) of meals, snacks, and hydration, fully customized to meet your macronutrient and micronutrient needs in accordance with evidence-based dietary guidelines and your personal goals (emailed within 5 days of Questionnaire return)
- Shopping list and prep instructions, with time-saving strategies that match your routines
- Basic guidelines to adjust portions (if serving a couple or family) or quantities (as exercise demands increase, for example)
- Substitution template for you to easily incorporate week-to-week variety
