A 1-HOUR NUTRITION COACHING SESSION + 3 WEEKLY CHECK-INS
Monthly Nutrition Coaching is designed to improve knowledge and habits, such as:

How much to eat for your activity level

Fueling before/during/after workouts

Personal hydration needs

Dealing with a busy schedule or travel

Injury prevention & recovery

Body composition goals

Food allergies or dietary restrictions

Choosing supplements or vitamins
Getting Started:

Upon purchase, the Nutrition Questionnaire will be sent for you to complete

When you return the Questionnaire, we’ll schedule the Coaching Session
Week 1 – Nutrition Coaching Session (up to 1 hour, available in-person or online)

We’ll discuss your nutrition needs, goals, challenges, and concerns, and work together to develop specific strategies for the month

Summarized in your Monthly Plan, prepared and emailed after the session
Weeks 2, 3, 4 – Weekly Check-Ins (choice of phone call, Zoom, or email)

Brief scheduled updates to provide accountability, support, and the ability to hop over challenges before they become obstacles
Moving Forward

Nutrition Coaching can be repeated for as many months as desired – each Coaching Session will include discussion of a reasonable timeline for your goals
